If we ever need to share your information for any other reason, we will ask for your consent first.

Home listings shown on this site are delivered by our IDX and MLS provider and are subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices. Searching listings does not require you to create an account or share personal information; contact details are only collected when you choose to send them to us.

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our real estate, lending, and recordkeeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it unless we are required to retain it by law or by an active transaction.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you.
