20% Split
- $350 Minimum Transaction Fee
- $35 E&O Fee per sale
- $75 Monthly Fee
- Residential Lease: $120
- Commercial: 12% of GCI
- Commercial CAP: $5,000
- Client Service Fee: $250 per sale
7% Split
- $9,000 Annual CAP
- $165 Post-CAP Transaction Fee
